Admitted 1985. Peter formerly ran our Downham Market office, but realised in 1991, that family work was where his talents lay. He is a skilled advocate and all clients will find a sympathetic ear at a time of great distress. Peter has also in recent years been developing his practice into Child Care cases, and is regularly recommended to act for children and their parents in proceedings instituted by the Local Authority.

He is a member of:-

• The Norfolk Family Justice Council (Solicitor Representative) since its inception in 2005
• The Law Society’s Children Panel (representation of children and of parents)


• The Law Society’s Family Law Panel
• Member of Resolution (formerly SFLA)
• Local Family Court User Group (Solicitor Representative since 2004)

Peter also specialises in Public Child Care Law, involving cases where the local authority places your child in care.
