Michael Cash

Admitted 1992. Michael began his career in our Kings Lynn office dealing with domestic and commercial conveyancing.
In 1997 he moved to head up our Downham Market office where he built up and concentrated on all aspects of conveyancing work.
Following the closure of our Downham Market office Michael returned to his roots with the Firm and is now based again in our King’s Lynn office.
Amanda Davies

Admitted 2007. Amanda is a Solicitor with the firm specialising in residential conveyancing.
Amanda joined the firm in 1992, as a Trainee Legal Executive. She worked in our Kings Lynn residential conveyancing department where she built up a significant client base. Amanda played an important role in the introduction of case management systems within the conveyancing department helping us provide an efficient service to our conveyancing clients.
Amanda has now qualified as a Solicitor and, in 2006 she moved to head up our Swaffham Office where she continued to specialise in residential conveyancing. Following the closure of our Swaffham office Amanda returned to our King's Lynn Office at New Conduit Street to Head the Residential Conveyancing department.
Amanda is highly experienced in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold transactions, newbuilds, remortgages and equity releases.
Amanda became a partner in the Firm on 1st January 2009.
Louise Dobie

Probate Executive
Louise joined the firm in September 2006 following a move from a Norwich firm of solicitors and has many years experience. Louise is currently a member of STEP and deals with all matters relating to Wills, Estates and more particularly with regard to elderly clients.
Louise can give advice in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters. She also has particular experience with regard to the new Mental Capacity Act and the appointment of Deputies.
Louise is currently a member of Business for Breakfast and attends fortnightly breakfast meetings in King’s Lynn with other local businesses.
Louise is also a Parent/Governor of the Downham Market High School.
Julie Easter

Julie joined the firm in September 2006 as a trainee solicitors having gained a law degree at the University of East Anglia and completing the Legal Practice Course at Chelmsford. Julie completed her training contract and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2008.
Julie spent the latter part of her training contract in the Firm’s wills & probate department and now specialises in that area of law.
Philippa Edmunds

Phillipa joined the firm in August 2002 as a Trainee Legal Executive and has now obtained Fellowship status oft the Institute of Legal Executives (specialising in property law) having successfully passed all her exams.
She received both the 1st and 2nd year awards for law from the College whilst undertaking her studies.
Phillipa manages her own large client base at New Conduit Street including all aspects of residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages, etc.
Cameron Green

Cameron joined the firm in September 2005 as a trainee solicitor having previously worked and lived in Leeds.
Cameron qualified as a solicitor in September 2007 wince when he has developed his expertise and deals with the Firm’s Commercial Leasehold matters.
He completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Postgraduate Diploma in Law at Leeds Metropolitan University.
Julian Hallett

Admitted 1985. Julian became a solicitor after working for the Inland Revenue and has retained and developed his tax expertise within the firm.
He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners having been the Society's national prizewinner in 1999. Julian specialises in tax planning, wills, estate and trust administration.
Kirsten Wheeler
Department: Probate
Kirsten joined Kenneth Bush in April 2006 as a legal secretary to Julian Hallett, a Probate Partner at the King’s Lynn office. She is a trainee Probate Executive currently studying for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners qualification. She deals with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates. Kirsten also deals with the management of elderly clients’ affairs.
