Admitted in 2016, Sapphire is a solicitor and a Director of Kenneth Bush with overall responsibility for leading our property team.

Sapphire joined Kenneth Bush in June 2014 after graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor of Laws First Class Honours Degree (LLB) from The University of Northampton and successfully completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2013 from De Montford University in Leicester.

Whilst Sapphire specialises in commercial property, Sapphire’s areas of practice include:

• Commercial, Agricultural and Residential sales and purchases
• Residential and commercial mortgage
• Transfers of Equity
• Acting for developers in the acquisition of both commercial and residential sites, site set-up and subsequent plot sales
• Residential and commercial leases

When working directly with clients, Sapphire prefers to arrange face-to-face meetings, and take the time to listen to clients to fully appreciate their needs. This enables her to give the best possible advice that is tailored to individual circumstances. She is friendly, conscientious and approachable, and will always respond to client enquiries as quickly as possible.

Sapphire takes an active role in supporting fundraising activities for local charities supported by the firm and has been a volunteer for the Swaffham & District Age Concern Befriending Service. As a volunteer, Sapphire would spend time each week with an elderly person to help them cope with loneliness. As you can see from our fundraising page we feel it is important to do something for the more vulnerable members of our society.
