We have an open-door policy
We openly encourage our team to share their ideas and feedback, as well as any challenges they’re facing. As a small business with fewer than 50 employees, you can rest assured that your opinions will be heard and valued.
Based in historic King’s Lynn town
With two offices in King’s Lynn and strong ties to the local community, we are committed to giving back and encourage our employees to volunteer in the local community if they wish. Any days spent volunteering are given back to you as holiday in lieu.
