The Family Department advises on all disputes and Legal Agreements involving marriage, relationship and family breakdown. Our work includes but is not limited to advice on divorce, separation and financial settlements upon marriage breakdown whether by Court applications or agreed in a Consent Order.
We also advise upon cohabitee property disputes, Civil Partnerships and same sex marriages together with private law children disputes and Pre-Nuptial and Post Nuptial Agreements.
The Family department also has a specialist child care team led by Amanda Webb.
