Charlotte started with us in September 2022 and, like her colleague Karen (who is our New Conduit Street receptionist), is to many of the people who deal with us the face and voice of Kenneth Bush.

Charlotte prides herself on her friendly, caring and helpful nature and always aims to make the experience of visiting our King Street Office a relaxed and friendly one, offering any help and assistance where she can.

Outside of work Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, watching Formula 1 and is an avid Liverpool fan.
