Julie is a Solicitor and our Managing Director.
Julie started with us in 2006 as a trainee solicitor and became a partner and head of our Private Client department in 2013. This was a position Julie held until 2023 after which time she focused on compliance and responsibility for overseeing excellence and quality in all areas of our legal practice, the results of which are evidenced by our positive Lexcel assessments.
Julie became our Managing Director in June 2024 and continues to provide legal services to some of our clients. Julie is a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and acts as a professional deputy and attorney.
Prior to joining us Julie worked in various sectors including banking, insurance, public authority, and with not-for-profit charitable organisations. This breadth of experience enables her to deal with a wide variety of matters within the business.
As the mother of two children, Julie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and her dog, Ruby. Julie is very friendly, supportive and approachable and prides herself on being able to explain legal matters in a straightforward common sense way.
