Marcus is a Partner at Kenneth Bush working in our Dispute Resolution department and also heading up our Personal Injury team. He is a very experienced personal injury lawyer, having worked in the public and private sectors for both claimants and defendants, giving Marcus a unique insight into this field. He has also had the opportunity throughout his career to undertake a varied personal injury and dispute resolution caseload, and is proud to have achieved successful financial settlements for many of his clients including those from high profile companies. Marcus joined Kenneth Bush in March 2012 having previously worked for a firm of solicitors in Suffolk. He qualified as a Legal Executive with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in 1996, and went on to become a fully qualified solicitor in 2003. In May 2015 he became a partner in the firm, and is proud to be able to make a positive contribution to the work of the senior management team.
