Admitted in 1996, Sharon is a Senior Solicitor and a Partner at Kenneth Bush working within the Corporate and Commercial team and Dispute Resolution department. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning more than 20 years in practice, and is very well respected by her peers. In that time, Sharon has developed a varied civil caseload, and as such can assist clients with a broad range of commercial matters including the following:
- Company and Commercial Disputes
- Property, Boundary, and Construction Disputes
- Preparing all types of personal and commercial contracts
- Reviewing or drafting terms and conditions
- Possession proceedings
- Debt Recovery
- Inheritance claims
- Probate disputes
- Insolvency disputes.
Sharon joined Kenneth Bush in 1985 and became a Partner of the firm in 1997. She is the Honorary Secretary for the King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Law Society, and is one of the town’s representatives on the King’s Lynn County Court, court users committee. Furthermore in 2012, Sharon was appointed as the Chair of the Board of Governors for the College of West Anglia.
In her spare time, Sharon engages in voluntary work for the Prince’s Trust, and in 2001 she became a trustee of the King’s Lynn General Charities organisation, which is responsible for providing Alms-house accommodation in the town and administering the Poor and Education Fund.
