Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor
We have a vacancy for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join our busy and friendly department. Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience handling their own caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers for both freehold and leasehold properties. Experience of commercial property or agricultural work would be advantageous as the caseloads are often varied however this is not necessary. Supervision, support and training will be offered to the successful candidate. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Handyperson
We require an experienced handyperson to join our company and assist our teams in the beautiful properties in which our offices are located. You will be responsible for ensuring our offices are maintained, from changing light bulbs to decorating and everything in between. Basic ability in other trades, electrical, plumbing and joinery would be an advantage as would some health and safety experience. Own transport required. This is a part time position, generally 20 hours per week, though this may increase from time to time. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
