Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor

We have a vacancy for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join our busy and friendly department. Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience handling their own caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers for both freehold and leasehold properties. Experience of commercial property or agricultural work would be advantageous as the caseloads are often varied however this is not necessary. Private Client Solicitor/Senior Legal Assistant

We have a vacancy for a Private Client Solicitor or Senior Legal Assistant to join our busy and friendly department to help us with our future growth plans.

Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience handling their own caseload including Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts and Probate.

Experience of the Administration of Large Estates and Court of Protection would be advantageous as the caseloads are often varied however this is not necessary.
